AutoMatte is a feature in FlipBook Pro that lets you have up to 10 extra layers (tone mattes) that you can use to create special effects like shadows, highlights and glows. And it comes with special tools that will automatically make the most common shadows and glows for you and apply them to all the drawings in any level.

The rim light in the image to the right was made automatically by FlipBook and can be applied automatically to the entire level.

FlipBook can do the same thing with cast shadows and glows too.
