Valve Software uses FlipBook to help them improve their 3D games.
"As a supervising animator using FlipBook as a review tool is invaluable when trying to direct other animators. We render out the animation as an AVI file and load it into FlipBook as a background where I can use the pencil tool to draw over the AVI to make corrections or quickly try out different poses and play them back to see if it improves the animation. We also like the capabilities that the xsheet provides. It lets us quickly try out different timings and holds. Both of these functions make it much easier to quickly try out different ideas."
